If you're looking for reliable, knowledgeable and accommodating experts when you suspect there may be mold you should make EFG Cleaning and Restoration your first stop. Communication was A+. I reached out to them directly via phone and had received a response within minutes. A quote was provided immediately and all following questions were promptly responded to. Getting a time and date that could work for my schedule was easy as they make themselves available quickly and even offer weekend visits. The site visit was scheduled and they followed up with me a few hours before confirming that they'd arrive a few minutes early and to check if that was ok. Yes, not late- but EARLY. A pretty rare experience for any service provider. The actual testing was thorough and easy. From a visual inspection and moisture testing tool to the high-tech inspection tool that sees moisture and heat through walls He specifically sampled each area that I was concerned about and was done in about 25 minutes. I was told that lab results and analysis could take a few days. When results came back work was done in a very proficient way eliminating all water damage causing the mold.
