EFG Cleaning and Restoration

We discovered that our newly purchased home had two areas of mold. Jeff from Moldtec provided a very thorough report. Several mold remediation firms met with us, reviewed the situation and provided estimates. Out of 5 firms, we chose EFG confidently. Gene offered honest and practical opinions from the start. And his estimate was fair and reliable. The work took two weeks and involved major removal of drywall and an entire wine cellar. Over 40 yards of material ended up in a dumpster. At the conclusion Gene took care of arranging for Jeff to review the work and the status of the mold. We received our clean bill of health certification without delay. I can't say enough about how great this company is. Gene put up with numerous emails and texts because the mold remediation had to be done in the basement of a house that I was purchasing, so I was in the middle with my dual agent, and the Seller. I have dogs, so couldn't move in when mold had reached the back of the door into the basement. There was no ventilation. No basement Bilco door. No windows. The photos include pics of the kitchen they had to go through.
