I can't say enough about how great this company is. Gene put up with numerous emails and texts because the mold remediation had to be done in the basement of a house that I was purchasing, so I was in the middle with my dual agent, and the Seller. I have dogs, so couldn't move in when mold had reached the back of the door into the basement. There was no ventilation. No basement Bilco door. No windows. The photos include pics of the kitchen they had to go through.
